Our associates enjoy a safe, clean and well organized 40,000 square foot facility in Twinsburg, Ohio. We are continuously evaluating our facility and our equipment to keep pace with the latest available technologies.

3D Solid Modeling software is utilized during product and mold design. This technology allows for very efficient design, testing and rapid prototyping (such as Stereo-Lithography) for new and existing products. Finally, the 3D data coupled with CAM programs allows our tool builders to reduce lead times for the CNC machining and EDM required to manufacture the molds.

Our molding machines range from 85 to 600 tons, with full CNC controls, which allow us to cover a wide range of internal components and finished products. Most of our products utilize our full complement of semi-automated secondary equipment and assembly cells including many types of decorating capabilities that are cost effective even in low to mid volumes.

Our internal mold shop maintains and performs preventive maintenance on all of our molds including any special customer requests or specifications.
